I met Atlanta-born actor and filmmaker Justin Miles in 2013 at one of my self-serving screenplay readthroughs; The romcom – which is excellent – is still sitting on a shelf, but our friendship has been vibrant and fruitful.
Justin, who I introduce to groups as The Greatest Actor of His Generation (mostly to make him uncomfortable, but also because it’s true), produces a short-and-sweet instagram series called Justin Gets a Text, which satirizes the common and impersonal interactions that shape our lives, man.
