Is “weather lady” the right term? Honestly, it’s hard to keep up.

Since as long you can remember, people have been complaining about how depressing local news is (without acknowledging it’s a byproduct of the miserable cities they live in). So anytime there’s a genuinely funny moment on the regional feed, it’s always great for sharing.

Watch as Jennifer McDermed of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Fox affiliate rolls with the punches during an on-air graphics glitch. The pessimist in me thinks this is probably staged by one her producers but the realist in me knows it was definitely staged by one of her producers.

Still, Jennifer makes the most out of an uncomfortable situation and really delivers.
